What IS included in this Basic Monthly Maintenance Agreement:

1. Regular monthly monitoring your website functionality to ensure that everything is working as it should and upgrade where necessary. Some plugins may become outdated and no longer work with the newest version of your website software. Plugins may need upgrading to accommodate the newer version, or become obsolete with the improvements in the website software.
2. Regular and thorough backups of your site so that it may be fully restored in case of loss.
3. On page organic SEO such as Meta tags (title, description, keywords), alt tag, h1, h2, h3.
4. Assisting you by being your liaison with your hosting company if there are technical difficulties with your server.  If there needs to be more than one contact per month with your hosting company, hourly charges will go into effect. If your website is down, I will assist you in sorting out the situation as quickly as possible.  This support will not occur outside of normal working hours, 9AM to 5PM, M-F.

What is NOT included in this agreement:

1. Edit, revise, update or create new textual/minor graphical content.  This must be done on an hourly basis.  Estimates must be approved before work begins. These require a separate design agreement for hourly charges ($99/hr).
2. Web site redesign, re-alignment or re-development equaling more than 50% change to web page, web site, web graphics on the website.  If changes of this nature are required, estimates must be approved before work begins. These require a separate design agreement for hourly charges ($99/hr).
3. Consultation and guidance on the use of the web site. These require a separate design agreement for hourly charges ($99/hr).
4. Custom theme or code updates or changes.
